Nokia X Launched In India At Rs. 8599

Nokia has launched Nokia X in India at Rs 8599. Nokia X is the first phone from the company to run on Google's Android operating system. This budget smartphone will be available through online and offline retailers across India. Nokia X was unveiled by Nokia on February 24, during the MWC at Barcelona in Spain, along with Nokia X+ and XL.

Nokia X runs on Android 4.1.2. (Jelly Bean) operating system. Nokia X is dual sim phone with a 4-inch WVGA LCD display (480 X 800p, 233ppi). The smartphone is powered by a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor of 1Ghz and RAM of 512MB. It comes with 4GB internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It has 3MP camera with no flash and no front camera.

Nokia X comes with Nokia's own
app store. Google Play store is not provided in the phone but users can download Android apps from 3rd party. It comes with a 1,500mAh removable battery and the company claims a talk time of 10.5 hours on 3G, standby time of 28 days and maximum music playback time of 26h. The smartphone will be available in six colours - Green, Pink, Yellow, Black, White and Blue.
