Samsung G9198 flip phone with Snapdragon 808 SoC announced
Now, Samsung has expanded its flip phone portfolio with the launch of G9198 flip phone in China. It is listed on Samsung's China website with full specs, but no pricing and availability details. The same device was certified by TENAA last month.
Samsung G9198 features dual 3.9-inch (768 x 1280 pixels) WXGA Super AMOLED touchscreens (inside and outside). Inside there is a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor with Adreno 418 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage. For imaging, there is a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front shooter. The two cameras seems to be the same as on the Galaxy S6, S6 edge and Note5. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, has dual SIM slot and supports 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, and Micro-USB connectivity. A 2020mAh battery fuels the phone which also features a T9 keyboard and heart-rate sensor.
Samsung G9198 is likely to be China exclusive and chances are quite slim for it to make its way to the international markets.
Fenda Audio launches F550X 2.1 Bluetooth speaker for Rs. 4,290
Sound technology company Fenda Audio, popularly known and F&D, launched it latest Bluetooth speaker, the F550X 2.1 in India. The Bluetooth speaker comes with 3-inch full range driver and 6.5-inch bass driver for the sub-woofer.
F&D's F550X 2.1 has a unique X design with multi-colored LEDs available in reg, green and purple. It connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0 or NFC. Bluetooth enabled devices offer an audio playback range of up to 15 meters. It also has a USB port, microSD card slot and Aux-in-port so that you can play stored media files from your mobile device or memory card. There is also FM Radio and up to 100 stations can be stored. Also included is a remote control.
F&D F550X 2.1 Bluetooth speaker is priced at Rs. 4,290 and is available exclusively via Flipkart.

Zen Mobile's PoweMax Neo smartphone can be used as a powerbank to charge other mobile devices. It comes with an integrated powerbank that can be used to charge tablets and smartphones. It packs a massive 4200mAh battery.
Zen PowerMax Neo features 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor with Mali-400 GPU, 512MB RAM and 8GB on-board storage (expandable up to 32GB). Lenovo S60 gets Android 5.0 Lollipop update
The Lenovo S60 was launched in March, (May in India) but arrived with Android 4.4 KitKat and the company had promised to upgrade it to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Now, Lenovo has started rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to this device.
At the moment, the update is rolling out in Europen country, Greece OTA (Over-the-air), but will probably be available to other countries in the coming days. The update package weighs 1.32GB, so make sure you have enough storage space left to download and install the update. It is also recommended to download the update via WiFi and make sure that your phone's battery is at least 50% charged
The Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Lenovo S60 brings lots of changes especially in terms of UI, bug fixes and performance improvements.
The Lenovo S60 features 5-inch (1280x720 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB RAM. Qualcomm announces Snapdragon 616 octa-core 64-bit SoC with LTE
Snapdragon 616 has the same 64-bit processing with quad-core ARM Cortex A53 + quad-core ARM Cortex A53 arrangement, but the second set of Cortex A53 cores are clocked at 1.2GHz per core. It has an integrated X5 LTE Global Mode modem and the same Adreno 405 GPU present in Snapdragon 615 chip. It houses LPDDR3 800MHz Single-channel 32-bit (6.4GBps) and eMMC 4.51 SD 3.0 (UHS-I)
Snapdragon 616 supports LTE Broadcast and LTE multimode dual SIM, QHD (2560 x 1600 pixels) display, up to 21MP camera, 1080p video playback at 60fps, Mircast support for wireless streaming of multimedia content, 802.11ac Wi-Fi with MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 4.0 and Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology.
The first device to be powered by Snapdragon 616 is the Huawei Maimang 4. However, Qualcomm has not revealed when the chip will become available. Qualcomm also announced the Snapdragon 212 and 412 processors with LTE recently.

LG Nexus (2015), Huawei Nexus 6 (2015) surfaces in renders
In a fresh leaks, Google's alleged LG and Huawei's Nexus devices have been spotted in a handful of images and videos (click source link) showing both the devices in its full glory. Courtesy of uSwitch, who partnered with @OnLeaks, "the renders are based on detailed factory schematics provided to accessory-makers".
As per LG-made Nexus's renders that device will come with a slim design profile and will house the volume rocker and power button on the right panel. At the bottom there is a 3.5mm audio jacks and also the charging slot (USB Type-C), on the left sits a SIM card slot, and a set of dual speakers on the front. On the back there is a large camera sensor with dual-tone LED flash, laser auto focus and a circular fingerprint sensor below the camera unit.
LG made Nexus is tipped to feature 5.2-inch display, measure 146.9 x 72.9 x 8mm, though its thickest point will measure 9.8, due to the protruding camera. One notable feature is the inclusion of USB Type-C port.
Similar to LG made Nexus, Huawei's Nexus will also have a fingerprint sensor on the back, below the camera unit, dual speakers on the front and USB Type-C port. As per the renders, Huawei's Nexus will sport a 5.7-inch screen. However, it's also being said that Huawei is also testing a 5.5-inch display variant of the device. It will measure 159.4 x 78.3 x 6.6/8.5mm and is also said to sport a complete metal body. Huawei's version of Nexus is referred as Huawei Nexus 6 (2016)
Both the Nexus smartphones are expected to be announced in October alongside the final build of Android M.

Wearables maker Misfit are known for manufacturing premium wearable computing products, such as Shine and Flash, The company announced a new activity tracker dubbed Flash Link. It is a device that tracks your daily activities and sleep. It can be attached to your body with a number of accessories including Watch, necklace, belt-loop and more.
Flash Link trackswalking, running, cycling, swimming, tennis, yoga, dance and other activities. The device also motivates you to reach your goal every day, by seeing how active you are. It comes with a built-in button, press it to see a halo of lights (12 LED lights) that show your progress towards daily activity. The button press also works with your camera, Spotify, Pandora and in the future with Logitech Harmony devices and IFTT.
Flash Link is made out of special soft-touch plastic and polycarbonate used in space suits. It is durable and water resistant up to 30 meters. It uses a replaceable coin cell battery that promises up to 6 months of battery life. It also comes in a variety of colors.
Flash Link is connected to your phone via Misfit Link app. The app turns your fitness data into easy to read charts. The app also allows you to take selfie, control music, connect with Spotify and may more platform in connected living. The app is available only for iOS and an Android version will be launched soon.

Possible image of Xiaomi's much-anticiapted Redmi Note 2 has been leaked online courtesy Chinese tipster @Kjuma. In addition, a photograph of the box that the Redmi Note 2 will come in also was leaked.
The image features the 'About' screen of the Redmi Note 2 and reveals that it runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with MIUI 6 on top and comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. @kjuma claims that the Redmi Note 2 will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 MT6795 processor. The device will be priced close to $177 (Rs. 11,300). A previous leak showed that the phone will be priced $128 (Rs. 8,100).
Last month the Redmi Note 2 was listed by China's TENAA and revealed there will be two version. One powered by MediaTek MT6795 processor and the other with Snadragon 615 processor. These could possibly come at different price points depending upon different regions.
As per TENAA listing, Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 will have 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and powered by 2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor with Power VR G6200 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card). It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with MIUI on to and supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, GPS connectivity. For imaging, there is a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and 5-megapixel front shooter. It is backed by 3200mAh battery. It is likely to come in black, white, red, orange, yellow and green colors.
Xiaomi's Redmi Note 2 is rumored to be launched the same day the company introduces MIUI 7. That happens on August 13 in China.

Motorola launches Moto Xpress, a new 'at-home' after-sale service for Rs. 199

The move will supposedly help boost the sales of the latest Moto G 3rd gen smartphone in the country. Motorola currently has 160 service centre across the country.

SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick is a USB flash drive with Wireless capabilities
SanDisk expanded its mobile storage protfolio with a new wireless mobile flash drive called Connect Wireless Stick. It is a small USB flash drive that also doubles up as wireless server.
SanDisk's Connect Wireless Stick works with laptops, smartphones and PC and connects them with its built in WiFi hotspot enabling easy sharing, transferring and accessing media contents between them. You can also wirelessly transfer and access bulky files or stream media contents from up to three mobile devices simultaneously. The device can stream HD video at 2Mbps for up to 4.5 hours on a single charge. The stick can also be plugged to PC and laptop devices to use it as a regular USB drive.
The Connect Wireless Stick looks like a regular flash drive but has built in wireless capabilities. You have to copy the files and then switch on the wireless functionality and connect to it to access them. Currently it supports Android.
SanDisk also introduced a new SanDisk Connect app. Using the app you can manage content between Android, iOS, Mac, PC and Fire tablets. The app is available for download from Google Play, Apple App Store and Amazon Appstore for Android. The app also includes auto-backup of images, videos and camera roll.
The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick will be available in 16, 32, 64 and 128GB variants costing $25, $40, $60 and $99 accordingly. It is available in the U.S via Amazon, BestBuy and company website. There is no word when it will reach other regions.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 to come with Adreno 530 and Spectra ISP unit
Qualcomm has announced it next gen GPU (graphics processing unit) architecture, Adreno 5xx and a new Spectra image signal processing unit (ISP). The new Qualcomm 5xx GPU offers increased speed and efficiency as compared to the previous generation, supports HD mobile graphics and consumes less power.
The first two GPU available under the new architecture are the Adreno 530 and Adreno 510 and will be available within the forthcoming Snapdragon 820 and Snapdragon 620/618 processors accordingly. In addition the Snapdragon 820 chipset will debut with the new 14-bit Qualcomm Spectra image signal processing (ISP) unit. It is designed to support DSLR-quality photography and enhanced computer vision.

Motorola schedules event for July 28, promises big announcements
Motorola has sent out invites for launch events in New York, Sao Paulo and London. on July 28. The company has also sent out invites for an event in New Delhi, India scheduled on the same day. We can expect the third-gen Moto X and Moto G to be announced.
The New York, Sao Paulo and London invites read "Your relationship status is about to change. XGX Moto" while the India invite reads"A good friend will offer you their umbrella when it rains. A best friend will forever be ready to dance in the rain with you.".
The India invite points towards a water proof device which could be the Moto G 2015. As for New York, Sao Paulo and London we can expect the Moto X 2015 and Droid smartphones. Nothing is official until announced.
The India event will be held first on July 28 at 3:30pm IST, followed by Sao Paulo at 9am BRT (5:30 IST), New York at 9am ET (6:30pm IST) and London at 2pm BST (6:30pm IST). The event will also be live streamed.

The Moto X 2015 is rumored to feature 5.64-inch quad-HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB or 64GB internal storage, 16MP/5MP camera, USB Type-C port and 3280mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. The Moto G 2015 is expected to come with 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB RAM, 4G LTE support 13MP/5MP camera, 8GB storage and 2300mAh battery. It will also run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
Archos 50 Cesium with Windows 10 Mobile announced
Archos 50 Cesium features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.1GHz Snapdragon 210 processor paired with Adreno 304 GPU and 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.
For imaging there is 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro USB 2.0. It has dual SIM slots and is fueled by 2100mAh battery.
Archos 50 Cesium is priced at £99 in the UK, and around $150 in the U.S and will be available in November.

We are just a few moments away from the launch of one of the most highly anticipated device of 2015, the OnePlus 2. Now ahead of its unveiling hands-on shots of the OnePlus 2 have surfaced online.
The device in the image coincides with TENAA listing and shows the OnePlus 2 from all the angles that includes a metal frame and removable back cover with Sandstone Black finish. Inside there is that has a SIM tray with dual SIM support and a battery that is not removable. Also seen is the fingerprint scanner on the home button, USB Type-C port and rear mounted speakers. On the right there is the power and volume keys and on the left there is the lock/unlock button. The rear camera has a dual-LED flash and laser auto-focus sensor. According to the leakster, the device runs an early version of Oxygen OS.

The OnePlus 2 will be powered by an improved Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor paired with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. It will be smaller and more compact than the OnePlus 2 and is likely to have a 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization, dual LED flash and laser auto focus. Also onboard is a fingerprint sensor that will be faster than Apple's touch ID, USB Type-C port, Dual-SIM and Oxygen OS. OnePlus calls it the 2016 flagship killer and says that the device will come with features that won't be available on other devices until Android M. The OnePlus 2 will be priced around $450.

Arbor Solution's Gladius G1052C is a Windows 10-ready rugged tablet
Arbor Solution's Gladius G1052C meets MIL-STD-810G military standards, has IP54 dust and water resistance rating and four-foot drop resistance. It can be operated in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 113°F, meaning it can be operated in harsh environments. The tablet has 23-key physical keypad that includes four programmable function buttons for rapid manual data entry.
Gladius G1052C features 10.4-inch HD (1024 x 768 pixels) TFT active matrix display with sunlight viewable technology and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. InFocus unveils a 2-in-1 hybrid tablet, will release in India later this year
US-based InFocus expanded its Android smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of InFocus M370, M550 3D, M808, and M812. In addition, the company also unveiled a 2-in-1 hybrid tablet, which has no name yet. It has a detachable magnetic keyboard that allows it to be used as a laptop.
The 2-in-1 hybrid tablet comes with 10.6-inch Full HD display and is powered by 1.11GHz quad-core Intel Atom processor further aided by 2GB DDR3 RAM. On-board storage is 32GB. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat based Remix OS and is expected to boot Windows also. There is a 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front shooter. It is fueled by a beefy 8000mAh battery that is non removable, measures 8.8mm around the waist and weighs 550g.
The pricing and availability details of the InFocus 2-in-1 tablet will be revealed later this year.
Telecast X98 Pro is a 9.7-inch Windows 10 tablet with Atom X5 SoC
Telecast X98 Pro features 9.7-inch QXGA (2048 x 1536 pixels) multi-touch display and is powered by 2.24GHz quad-core Intel Atom X5-Z8500 Cherry Trail processor with 4GB RAM and64GB storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 64GB. Camerawise, it sports 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front shooter. It supports WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. There is also a Micro HDMI port, micro USB 2.0 port and stereo speaker. It is fueled by a massive 8000mAh battery.
With the specs in offer, Telecast X98 Pro is priced at CNY 1399 ($225), cheaper than surface 3 Pro that offers almost same specs for $499. It is available for pre-order from Geekbuying or AliExpress.
Teclast also have plans for Dual Boot system and a 4G LTE model, so an X98 Pro 4G and dual OS models are to follow the X98 Pro Windows 10 tabelt.
InFocus M808, M812 launched for Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 19,999 respectively
InFocus also launched the M808 and M812 smartphone in India alongside M370 and M500-3D. The InFocus M812 is a top-end smartphone offering flasgship level specs at an affordable price. Both handsets sports an anodized aluminum unibody design. The 4G LTE connectivity supported by InFocus M808 and M812 includes 4G bands for India.
The InFocus M808 features 5.2-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by 1.3GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Mt6753 64-bit processor further aided by Mali-T720 MP2 GPU and 2GB RAM. It comes with 16GB internal storage and also present is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Inlife UI on top. On-board storage is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 64GB. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Inlife UI on top. Camerawise, it sports 13-megapixel rear camera with true tone LED flash and 8-megapixel front shooter for taking selfies. On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG. It is backed by 2900mAh battery (non-removable). It is 7.38mm thick and weighs just 120 grams.
The InFocus M808 and M812 is priced at Rs. 12,999 and Rs. 19,999 accordingly and will go on sale starting from September in the country.
Lenovo Thinkpad P50 and P70 mobile workstations with Intel Xeon chips announced
The ThinkPad P50 and P70 features 15.6-inch and 17-inch 4K UHD display that comes with X-Rite Pantone color calibration keeping colors accurate throughout the life of the product. They are powered by Intel Xeon E3-1500M v5 processor with NVIDIA Quadro graphics. They are loaded with up to 64GB ECC DDR4 RAM, support for up to four storage device and upto 1TB PCIe SSD. Both the machines run Windows 10 and include DVD-RW drive, which can be removed for an additional SSD up to 512GB or a up to 1TB mechanical drive.
Other features include four USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, mini-Display Port, Gigabith Ethernet, two Intel Thunderbolt 3 ports, an Express card slot, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and a docking connector. The ThinkPad P50 and P70 also features FLEX performance cooling system with dual-fan design offering cooler, quieter and faster performance.

Android M is now officially known as 6.0 Marshmallow
Drums Rolling.....Google has made it official, the next iteration of Android, Android M is now officially called Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Google also installed the Green Marshmallow mascot near the Android headquarter building in California.
Google has a tradition of naming its OS after a dessert in alphabetical order that started with version 1.5 named Cuppycake, followed by Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb (for tablets only), Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, KitKat and Lollipop.
Google introduced Android M at its I/O 2015 in May and touted it as the most powerful Android release yet. It concentrated on six major things, App permission, Web experience, App Links, Mobile Payment, Fingerprint support and Power & Charging. There will also be native support for USB Type-C.
In addition, the final M preview and the final Android 6.0 Marshmallow SDK have been released and are ready to download. The final M preview will roll out over-the-air (OTA) if you're device is running the previous version of Android M preview. Or you can grab the factory image from the Android developer site which is available for the Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 9 and Nexus Player. The final Android 6.0 SDK can be downloaded via SDK Manager. Devs can now upload their Android 6.0 compatible apps to the Play Store.
"The preview images are near final but they are not intended for consumer use," Google said in its blog post
The final version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be rolled out later this fall. In addition, Google is said to be working on two new Nexus smartphone, one from Huawei, the other from LG. Both of them are likely to run Android 6.0 Marshmallow, when launched later this year.

MIUI 7 Global ROM Revealed, Beta ROMs available August 24
Xiaomi at its MIUI 7 launch event in New Delhi, introduced the global MIUI 7 ROM. The MIUI 7 which goes by the slogan "Yours by Design" has a deeply optimized interface that allows for extensive customization. It comes with a bevy on new features, including new themes, lockscreen animation, battery battery life and much more.
The main features of the new MIUI 7 include:
- 4 new system UIs, Rose, Pink Blush, Ocean Breeze, High Life, in adittion to the default one.
- New HD wallpapers with 10 pre-set available in Daily lock screen rotation (only in India).
- MUSE Theme creation tool lets designers create themes without programming.
- Optimized system response time by loading data and app animation in parallel. It is 30% faster compared to MIUI 6.
- Improved battery life of up to 25% as compared to MIUI 6, giving 3 hours extended use each day.
- XXL Text size that adjusts conversation layouts, line breaks to offer greater readability.
- Baby Album groups precious baby photos in your camera roll convenienty in once place, so you can browse and share pictures easily with your loved ones.
- Child Mode limits access to personal information like e-mails and messages, so that children can access the apps that you approve to give access to.
- For Mi Band users, its switches your phone to DND (Do Not Disturb) mode when it detects that you're asleep.
- Showtime - You can record a short video loop on your phone and exchange contact card with friends (out in coming months).

ZTE unveils V3 variants with aluminum body, fingerprint sensor
ZTE has introduced it V3 series of smartphone in China - V3 Youth, V3 Energy and V3 Extreme. All three smartphone have aircraft-grade aluminum alloy body, fingerprint sensor on the back, 4G LTE support and similar specs except for network support. They also have DTS sound and a dedicated AW8155A audio chip.
ZTE's trio of smartphones (V3 Youth, V3 Energy and V3 Extreme) features 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and are powered by octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 615 processor further aided by Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB. They run Android 5.1 Lollipop with nubila UI 3.0 on top and have Hybrid Dual SIM slot (micro+nano). The nano SIM slot can be used as microSD slot (up to 128GB supported). Camerawise, there is 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, Largan 5p lenses. On the front there is a 5-megapixel camera with OmniVision OV5670 sensor and f/2.2 aperture. On the connectivity front the three handsets support 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS/aGPS. They are fueled by 3000mAh battery, is 8.5mm thick and weighs 160g.
The ZTE V3 Youth Edition with 4G LTE support cost CNY 999 (US$ 160 | Rs. 10,000), V3 Energy Edition with full network support costs CNY 1299 (US$ 210 | Rs. 13,500) and the V3 Extreme Edition with additional accessories is priced CNY 1499 (US$ 240 | Rs. 15,470). All three smartphones are now available for pre-order in China and goen on sale next month. There is no word when they will launch in other regions.
Panasonic Eluga L2, Eluga I2, Y45 4G with Android 5.1, 4G LTE launched in India
Panasonic Eluga L2 features 5.5-inch qHD (540 x 960 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor paired with 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. Camerawise, it sports 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter. Fueling the Eluga L2 is a 2500mAh battery. It comes in Sand Gray and Midnight Black colors.
Apart from 4G LTE, the Eluga L2, Eluga I2 and T45 4G support 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity. All these smartphone have support for FDD-LTE 1800 MHz (B3) and TDD-LTE 2300MHz (B40) bands for India.
Panasonic Eluga I2, Eluga L2, and T45 4G are priced at Rs. 8,290, Rs. 9,990, and Rs. 6,990 respectively. With this launch Panasonic aims to capture a market share of 10% this festive season.
Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe Special Edition with 256GB storage announced
At an event in Sao Paulo, Asus introduced a new variant of ZenFone 2 Deluxe dubbed ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition. The phone comes with a massive 256GB storage capacity, other specs being similar to the regular version of ZenFone 2 Deluxe.

Possible photos of Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium surfaces, specifications tipped
Sony is expected to launch three new phones, the Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Premium and Xperia Z5 compact. at IFA trade show in Berlin on Spetember 2.
The information was outed by Sony Georgia Facebook page, which turned out to be fake. However, Evan Blass also known as @evleaks said he's heard similar things about Sony's upcoming flagship, which adds little credibility. But it is advised to take this with a pinch of salt until official announcement is made.
As per post Xperia Z5 comes with 5.2-inch Full HD display, Xperia Z5 Premium has 5.5-inch 4K Ultra HD display and Xperia Z5 compact sports 4.6-inch display. All three Xperia phones will have 23-megapixel rear camera with super-fast hybrid auto focus, f/1.8 aperture, OIS and 4K video recording capabilities.
All three phones will also have fingerprint sensors and IP67 certification for water and dust resistance. According to previous rumors the three Xperia devices will run Android 5.1 Lollipop, support 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity and have a OmniBalance design.
In addition, possible press renders of Xperia Z5 and live photos of Xperia Z5 premium hit the inter web, giving us a clear look of the upcoming Xperia devices.
The press images confirm that Sony's newxt flagship will sport 23-megapixel camera with 1/2.3" Exmor RS sensor. The phone resembles Xperia Z4 and will have a waterproof body. It will be available in Gold, White and Dark Turquoise colors.
The Sony Xperia Z5 premium photos shows off the OmniBalance design. The handset will sport a metal back and will be available in a variety of colors. That's all the details out there in the wild about Sony's next flagship. More details will follow if it comes out.
